G. Glenn Yeatts, Senior Vice President and Long-Term Care Specialist - has over 20-years in sales and sales management in providing various types of businesses and community banks with programs and services designed to enhance their productivity and financial objectives. He was the Manager of Business Development for Towne Services, Sales Manager for Sunrise Ventures and Vice President of Sales for Dominion Forms. Glenn is a graduate of Virginia Tech and majored in business management. Glenn is licensed for life & health insurance in Virginia.
Frank J. McCarthy, CLU, RHU, REBC, Executive Vice President - has over 30-years in financial services. Most recently, Frank served as a wholesaling officer for Prudential Financial and Equitable's institutional divisions and brokerage firms, along with developing unique training programs. He served in several officer and branch management positions with First Pyramid, Midland Life, Allmerica Group and Phoenix Life, along with developing his own sales training and consulting firm serving multiple distribution-channels. As a Registered Health Underwriter and Registered Employee Benefits Consultant he developed various aspects of long-term care insurance consumer-driven and alternative funding and asset-transfer programs. Frank is published in various industry trade journals and is a graduate of William Patterson University; NASD Series 6 & 63 licensed; and, licensed for life & health insurance in several states.
John G. McHugh, Managing Director/CEO & co-founder - has over 35-years in financial services. He served in executive positions with Transamerica, Midland Life, Allmerica Group and Phoenix Life. After developing Wheat Financial Services' Insurance subsidiary as its President/CEO, his management consulting firm designed annuity and insurance-related and long-term care programs for Bank of Virginia/Signet, Branch Cabell, Crown America, First Colony Life, First Union, Transamerica Insurance & Investment Group, American General Life and other banks and marketing and investment firms for their successful entry into insurance and investment-related programs and products and managed the resources for their programs. John majored in marketing at St. John's University, published a tape/report on long-term care issues and solutions for the Financial Institutions' Insurance Association and served on the Small Business Committee of the Virginia Chamber of Commerce.
William F. Evenson, Esq., Chairman & co-founder - has over 35-years in banking and financial services. He was the President/COO and developer of Signet's Insurance subsidiary, along with previously serving as Bank of Virginia's Chief House Counsel, and provided consultative services to a Virginia savings bank and financial institution marketing firm. Bill is a member of the American Bar Association, after graduating from the University of Virginia Law School and Trinity College, and served on the Small Business Committee of the Virginia Chamber of Commerce.
